Chroniric.com is a showcase site, it provides its users (« You », « Your »), with information about the We are Chroniric's video games, as well as the possibility to access various online platforms to download the We are Chroniric's video games.
Visiting the Site is free. However, access to Third Party Content may induce a fee: this invoicing is made outside of the Site. Chroniric.com does not host Third Party Content and keeps only technical and personal data, pursuant to Our privacy policy.

Language
The TOU and the confidentiality policy are written in two versions, english and french. In case of conflict between those two versions, the french version will prevail.
Choice of Law - Forum
The TOU and Your relationship with Chroniric.com are governed by French law. French courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or connected with the use of the Site.
